When I moved into my house, I noticed the paint on the walls was in very poor condition. Some rooms had bubbles in the paint, others had cracks and some were terribly discolored. It was going to take a lot of work for me to repaint everything, so before I touched anything with a brush, I called a painting contractor to come out and take a look to find out why there were so many issues with the paint already on the walls.
